On August 3, 2024, the Rotary Club of Ilocos Norte Central, in collaboration with PICE Laoag Chapter, successfully conducted Brigada Eskwela at Gabu Elementary School. The project involved providing much-needed resources, including paints, electric fans, and bond paper, to help create a more conducive and comfortable learning environment for the students.

The Brigada Eskwela project at Gabu Elementary School aimed to support Rotary’s Area of Focus on Basic Education and Literacy. By providing essential materials such as paint to refurbish classrooms, electric fans to improve comfort, and bond paper for student activities, the project ensured that the school is well-prepared for the upcoming academic year. This collaboration reflects the club’s dedication to supporting local schools and enhancing the overall learning experience for students.
