On behalf of RC Ilocos Norte Central, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Ilocos Norte Medical Society, led by Dr. Leodelyn Cuevas, and to RC Health Keepers, led by President Charles Felix Andres, for inviting us to participate in this meaningful project.
