Tanod Self Defense Training

The Rotary Club of Ilocos Norte Central, in cooperation with PNP Ilocos Norte, will be conducting a Self-Defense Training for Tanods in Bingao, San Nicolas, and nearby barangays. This initiative aims to empower our local community protectors with essential skills and distribute Arnis sticks and other equipment to enhance their readiness and safety in maintaining peace and order.
