On July 9, 2024, at Bolusan’s Restaurant, Magical President JC Vidad Salvador and the officers of RC Ilocos Norte Central presented their 2024-2025 goals during a special visit from Governor Ariel Jersey. With guidance from Gov. Jersey and Assistant Gov. Edwin Concepcion, the club outlined key projects focused on education, health, and environmental sustainability, embracing “The Magic of Rotary” to drive positive community change.
On July 1, 2024, Rotary Cluster 1A D3790 celebrated a successful year of service and fellowship during its Year-End Party. Members from RC Ilocos Norte Central, RC Health Keepers, RC Narvacan, RC Laoag Metro, RC Magsingal, RC Vigan, RC Bangued, and RC Laoag Sunshine gathered to honor the Creating Hope Presidents and all members for their dedication. The event highlighted a year filled with impactful community projects and strengthened bonds between clubs.
